Overview

Full time, From 7 a.m. to finish (4 p.m.) Monday through Friday.
The candidate is responsible for cleaning client pools and spas. Must have excellent customer service skills and a clean driving record.
Previous pool cleaning experience preferred, but will train motivated individual.

Required Skills

Must have a clean valid FL Divers license
Willing to train mechanically inclined candidates
Ability to read, write, verbally communicate with supervision and customers
Promote the core values of Mike's Pool Service.
Quickly become proficient in pool maintenance, chemistry, and service, including troubleshooting equipment and performing minor repairs
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year experience in pool maintenance (or equivalent) preferred
Ability to perform work of an active nature such as walking and standing for sustained periods of time
Ability to work in hot Florida, sometimes rainy weather, during the hottest parts of the day
Capable of lifting, moving weights of up to 75 pounds
Ability to climb, stoop, kneel and crouch regularly
Self manage yourself by performing all duties to completion with a focus on safety & the environment
Reports to supervisor and manager
